It's been a while since I've posted around here and I'm sorry, I admit I missed it, but that doesn't mean I'm not working on providing you with new inspiration. It's going rather slowly at the moment because I have to go back to my rituals, my habits and the world is going slowly at the moment which doesn't necessarily help. ⁠

After the difficult period we have just gone through, I have decided to make this place my diary. I decided to focus my articles on my personal mantra which is Simplicity & Minimalist and Visual & Narrative Storytelling and especially the Positive Lifestyle. ⁠

Cela fait un moment que je n'ai pas posté ici et je suis désolé, j'admets que cela m'a manqué, mais cela ne veut pas dire que je ne travaille pas à vous fournir une nouvelle inspiration. Cela va plutôt lentement en ce moment parce que je dois retourner à mes rituels, à mes habitudes et le monde va lentement en ce moment ce qui n'aide pas forcément. ⁠

💫New morning routine in my Travel journal. Duri

💫New morning routine in my Travel journal. During the past four weeks of quarantine, i try a new morning routine. I need something to stay focused, positive and active all my day, my week.
So, I wake up early at 6h30, meditate and journaling, after i do some exercise 5 days per week, usually, it's either practising hit and yoga. I love to work out at home these days.
Since I practice this routine, my day stay mindfully, I noticed that my mood is better and I feel calmer.
Also, I try to eat healthy during these past weeks. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I drink green tea every day. And I am flexible if one day I don't want to do all of this, it's doesn't really matter. It's ok, you must feel your emotion and don't fight with them. If you are not a morning person, it's also ok, try a morning routine that makes you feel better. Adapt this one.

here this is what i exactly do before I pick up my phone:
★6h30 wake up
★6h32 Smiling,🤗 this is the best part of this routine, that your day with a smile can change your day like you never know
★10 min Morning Meditation by Little Monk (Youtube video) in FR
★12-15 min write gratitude and positive affirmation in my journal ★10 min Listen to @leeoralexandra Vibes All Day (Youtube video) in EN during this time i prepare 2 big glasses of citrus juice with a slice of ginger and hot water.
★30 min Hit & Fitness, @pamela_rf or @bestrong_app
★15-20 min flexible or stretching yoga @martina__rando or Asana Rebel App
★Create or validate my todo for the day
★Take a shower and finish by a cold shower
★8h20/8h30 Start my day and listening to podcasts or music.

Travelling teaches me to be much more positive about the events we experience every day. Since we are in confinement, I started a new morning routine. ⁠⠀
After 3 weeks, I can already see the effects and it is remarkable, to feel good especially for people like me who like to travel and can be stressed by all the info, bad info around us.⁠⠀

Since I started this new morning routine, I am happier, more productive, nibbles less, and above all my creativity explodes. I am confident and I stress less about the future.⁠⠀

Après 3 semaines, je peux déjà voir les effets et c'est génial, de se sentir bien surtout pour les gens comme moi qui aiment voyager et qui peuvent être stressés par toutes les mauvaises informations qui circule autour de nous.⁠⠀

Fortunately, loved ones are always there to help you, motivate you, and sometimes even strangers can make you smile and make you want to continue. Like my manager say, when i work, feel nervous and who made me smile again when I started to doubt and who said to me "With such a clear objective, there was no reason to give up my passion. Especially with that wonderful smile."⁠

Listening to your heart, working hard, be patient, stay positive, and you will see beautiful things, will eventually happen to you.⁠
